We were proud to attend the 65th IFC Portorož 2025, held under the motto “Skupaj ustvarjamo prihodnost livarske industrije” (Together we create the future of the foundry industry).
We presented insights from the QUEEN Project, showcasing innovation and sustainability in quartz mining and enrichment.

We are proud to be part of the QUEEN (Quartz Enrichment Enabling Near-Zero Silicon) project, an innovative initiative funded by the EU. The project addresses Europe's dependence on the supply of metallurgical silicon (MG-Si) from foreign suppliers. The project's goal is to develop a sustainable solution for the production of metallurgical silicon and to reduce its environmental impact.
